Important: Update Your Internet Settings to Use ChaseLoanManager

Due to a recent Microsoft security update, it is necessary to update your Internet browser settings to use all features in ChaseLoanManager.

If you are experiencing issues, such as error messages when registering a loan or using Existing Loans and Image Delivery, please follow the instructions below to update your Internet Explorer settings:

  1. Open a new Internet Explorer window (do not use other browsers to access ChaseLoanManager)
  2. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and Add the website “”
  3. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > deselect the checkbox for Turn on Pop-up Blocker
  4. Login to ChaseLoanManager

    Due to cybersecurity, Chase requires each ChaseLoanManager user to have an individual login ID and password. Shared or group accounts are not permitted.

    ChaseLoanManager Internet Compatibility Tips

    To optimize your experience in ChaseLoanManager, utilize Internet Explorer. If you are using a web browser newer than Internet Explorer 9, you will need to reset your Compatibility View Settings.

    To adjust your Compatibility View Settings, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and enter in Add this website field. Click Add, then Close.

    Note: This may direct you back to the ChaseLoanManager homepage; but it should resolve any issues.
