ChaseLoanManager Issues?

Important: Update Your Internet Settings to Use ChaseLoanManager


Due to a recent Microsoft security update, it is necessary to update your Internet browser settings to use all features in ChaseLoanManager.

If you are experiencing issues, such as error messages when registering a loan or using Existing Loans and Image Delivery, please follow the instructions below to update your Internet Explorer settings:

  1. Open a new Internet Explorer window (do not use other browsers to access ChaseLoanManager)
  2. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and Add the website "chase.com"
  3. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > deselect the checkbox for Turn on Pop-up Blocker
  4. Login to ChaseLoanManager

First Time Logging In?

If you are logging in to ChaseLoanManager for the first time since February 20, please click on the Forgot Password? link to reset your password.


Not Receiving Authentication or Password Emails?

Emails come from ecare@chase.com. Please add this email to your safe sender list.


Manage your Pipeline

Contact your Operations Relationship Manager if your need is urgent.

Otherwise, contact your company's ChaseLoanManager Security Administrator to have them set up a user account for you. Contact Chase Application Support at correspondent.application.support@chase.com, if you need escalated assistance.


Submit Assistance Requests

Contact Registration at (800) 305-5625 with any time sensitive requests.

Pricing Vendors

Pricing Vendors who currently use pricing URLs to obtain Rate Sheets do not need new ChaseLoanManager user accounts; however, if a pricing vendor logs into ChaseLoanManager to access Rate Sheets, the password will be required to be reset.

New vendor accounts must be set up as Service Accounts.
