Important: Update Your Internet Settings to Use ChaseLoanManager


Due to a recent Microsoft security update, it is necessary to update your Internet browser settings to use all features in ChaseLoanManager.

If you are experiencing issues, such as error messages when registering a loan or using Existing Loans and Image Delivery, please follow the instructions below to update your Internet Explorer settings:

  1. Open a new Internet Explorer window (do not use other browsers to access ChaseLoanManager)
  2. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and Add the website “chase.com”
  3. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > deselect the checkbox for Turn on Pop-up Blocker
  4. Login to ChaseLoanManager
