Official Notifications

The Correspondent Origination and Sales Agreement, which incorporates the Chase Correspondent Lending Guide (collectively the "Agreement") sets forth the events which trigger a requirement for the Correspondent Seller to provide an official notification to Chase Correspondent. Unless indicated otherwise in the Guide, you are required to provide the information below to facilitate this notification to Chase.

Send any pertinent information, provided the document does not contain borrower information (name, address, loan number, Social Security Number, etc.) to

  • 1. Please provide the following information:
    1. Correspondent Name
    2. Correspondent C-Code
    3. Contact Name
    4. Contact Title
    5. Contact Telephone #
    6. Contact Email Address
  • 2. Please indicate the reason(s) for the official notification to Chase (include all that apply in the email):
    1. Material change in your ownership; merger, consolidation or reorganization
    2. Change in your business name, primary address or telephone number
    3. Material change in your financial condition; financial strength or rating has been downgraded
    4. Change in your principal management
    5. Administrative sanction, investigation, audit, examination or review that resulted in possible regulatory action or formal agreement
    6. Court judgment or regulatory order
    7. Disqualification or suspension by an Agency or Investor
    8. Subsequent to the sale of a loan to Chase you discover a fact or circumstance rendering said loan to be ineligible for purchase by Chase
    9. Any material change in your operational conditions that may adversely impact your ability to perform any of your obligations as outlined in the Agreement
    10. An Agency, regulatory or judicial finding or other determination of any non-compliance with applicable law (including, but not limited to, RESPA, SAFE Act, ECOA, etc.) by your company or an employee of your company
    11. As provided in the Agreement, any notice requirement as provided therein, any breach of a Representation and Warranty with respect to the Correspondent or to a Mortgage Loan or any covenant of Correspondent
    12. An Agency, regulatory or judicial finding or other determination of any non-compliance with applicable appraiser independence requirements (including, but not limited to, the Appraiser Independence Requirements adopted by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and the Appraisal Independence Requirements set forth in Title XIV, Subtitle F, Section 1472 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Pub. L. No. 111-203 and any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto) by your company or an employee of your company
