About Imaged Document Delivery

Add to your bottom line and deliver imaged loans to Chase electronically. Our imaged document delivery lets you leverage your imaging investment and eliminate many of the costs associated with traditional file delivery.

With our Imaged Delivery program, our Correspondents can expect to:

  • Submit loans for funding with an imaged file and the original Note*
  • Save on shipping, copying, printing and file storage costs
  • Expedite loan delivery
  • Eliminate manual processing of hard-copy files and associated errors
  • Prevent lost files

Chase can accept your imaged files (indexed and non-indexed ) whether you image in-house or with a third-party vendor. Our preferred file format includes delivery of a ZIP file for each loan with individual PDFs or TIFFs of each document and XML referencing data. Visit our Online Guides for a detailed indexing specification and more information on imaged document delivery.

Choose the secure file delivery method that is right for you.

In addition to improved efficiency and cost savings, you will experience the benefits of secure and immediate electronic transfer of files. Chase will work with you to choose the file transfer delivery method best suited to your business operations.

  • Chase Secure Web site (HTTPS): Send files through a password-protected Web site accessed through chaseb2b.com with no need to encrypt files before transfer.
  • File Transfer Protocol (FTP): Send files encrypted with PGP or GNUPG prior to transfer, or connect to us securely using SSL-Secure Sockets Layer or SSH2-Secure Shell 2, with no need to encrypt files before transfer.
