Secure Email

We all have a responsibility to protect borrower personal information. Any time we communicate via email and include borrower personal information we should use a secure, encrypted method. Chase's secure email tool (iSentry) is available for all Chase Correspondents who need to email borrower personal information between trusted parties.

Due to the potential risk, certain Chase Correspondent departments require the use of secure email although we recommend all Chase email communication is sent using secure email.

If you are a current Chase Correspondent customer and would like to receive access to secure email, sign up by following the instructions below. You should receive an email notification within 48 hours confirming your access to Chase Secure Email.
