Our imaged document delivery lets you leverage your imaging investment and eliminate many of the costs associated with traditional file delivery. With our Imaged Delivery program, our Correspondents can expect to:

  • Submit loans for funding with an imaged file and the original Note*
  • Submit credit-only packages for Chase Underwriting review
  • Save on shipping, copying, printing and file storage costs
  • Expedite loan delivery
  • Eliminate manual processing of hard-copy files and associated errors
  • Prevent lost files

Chase can accept your imaged files (indexed and non-indexed) whether you image in-house or with a third-party vendor. Our preferred file format includes delivery of a ZIP file for each loan with individual PDFs or TIFFs of each document and XML referencing data. Choose the secure file delivery method that is right for you.

In addition to improved efficiency and cost savings, you will experience the benefits of secure and immediate electronic transfer of files. Chase will work with you to choose the file transfer delivery method best suited to your business operations.

  • Send one file at a time using Chase Secure Web site (HTTPS): Send files through a password-protected Web site accessed through chaseb2b.com with no need to encrypt files before transfer.
  • Send multiple files at a time using File Transfer Protocol (FTP): Send files encrypted with PGP or GNUPG prior to transfer, or connect to us securely using SSL-Secure Sockets Layer or SSH2-Secure Shell 2, with no need to encrypt files before transfer.
