All funding and underwriting conditions submitted to Chase must be sent using Imaged Document Delivery in ChaseLoanManager.
On January 3, 2012, Chase will no longer accept conditions through iSentry Secure Email, Email or Fax. On this date, all conditions received through these methods will not be processed.
As of December 30, 2011, Correspondents will no longer receive daily file receipt emails from imaged.delivery@chase.com regardless of delivery method. Correspondents should confirm successful file receipt online using Imaged Document Delivery in ChaseLoanManager.
If you don't have access to Imaged Document Delivery, contact your ChaseLoanManager Security Administrator. Contact the Chase Application Support team at (877) ASK-CHASE, Option 4, if you have questions or do not know your company's ChaseLoanManager Security Administrator.

- Access online status confirmations and custom reporting
- View delivered images online
- Deliver a variety of document formats, including:
- .pdf
- .tif
- .doc / .docx
- .jpg / .jpeg
- .txt
- .htm / .html
