Ease of Use:
- Deliver electronic data for funding review
- Available with all product and property types
- Available with all delivery methods including AOT, Mandatory and Best Efforts delivery methods
- Register multiple AOT and Mandatory loans through a single data file
Flexibility:
- Leverage an existing data format from another investor to expedite program set-up
- Send more than one EDI file per loan if the data is housed in multiple locations
- Many file formats are accepted: TXT, XLS, CSV, XML
- Any amount of EDI data is accepted - the more data you send, the more efficient the process
Higher Quality:
- The EDI file is loaded directly into the Chase system and is then verified -- you control the accuracy
How data delivery works:
- Deliver an EDI file in advance of the funding documents to load the loan information into the Chase system
- Funding documents may be delivered using traditional hard-copy or Imaged delivery
