At Chase we are working hard to restore integrity and confidence in our industry. We believe one step in this process is to encourage independence in the appraisal process. To support these efforts, we offer the Chase Appraisal Management Services website to our customers.
With this service, customers have the option to order appraisals from one convenient site. Additionally, as an added benefit, all appraisals are issued in the name of the Correspondent who places the order.
