Low to Moderate Income (LMI) Program

The Chase LMI Subsidy Program provides a mortgage subsidy for purchase loans for properties located in Chase-designated LMI census tracts. This program is for a select group of Correspondent Lenders.

Program Highlights:

  • Property type 1 - 4 Units, Condo, PUD or New York Co-ops
  • Loan amounts up to $400,000
  • Purchase Transactions only
  • All market types are eligible
  • Maximum subsidy is the lesser of $1,500 or .75% of the loan amount
